Our 39th Annual Professional Development Conference, “The Evolving Demand for ADR,” was a huge success!
We wanted this conference program to be propulsive, forward-thinking, and even a little bit provocative. We wanted to showcase some of the most punctuated topics in the ADR Landscape today and bring on board speakers who have specialized in those areas for many years.
On day one, we journeyed through workshops on questioning skills, business development, and emotional intelligence.
Then, day two illuminated best practices for PMCs, workplace conflict management, the delicate work of resolving conflicts with competing marginalizations, and we even threw in an arbitration presentation at the end, which was very well-attended.
On the last day, we platformed thought leaders in trauma-informed work, healthcare disputes, resiliency and restoration, and, of course, AI.
This conference would not have been possible without the generous and thoughtful support of our sponsors.
