Dear ADRIO Members and Dispute Resolution Practitioners
Wishing you a warm Spring greeting from ADRIO!
As I write to you, our staff team at ADRIO is preparing for a second quarter buzzing with exciting activities, events, and projects to support you at the highest level on your career pathway.
We are heavily invested in the beginning steps of the implementation of the ADRIO operational plan to achieve ADRIO’s strategic priorities over the next 3 years.
The 3 pillars that will influence ADRIO’s future and drive us toward advancement include:
- Branding in the form of continuing to increase awareness and support of ADR and ADRIO
- Membership retention and recruitment: strengthening our current support to our members and welcoming new practitioners to this thriving field
- Revenue growth to ensure that our team of staff and volunteers can continue to serve and support our membership and future members.
These 3 key areas will be embedded in the operational plan and action items over the next 3 years to ensure ADRIO continues to move forward in the field of dispute resolution. To see a summary of the ADRIO strategic priorities and the operational plan please click here.
