As we embark on this last quarter, it’s that time of year when each of you may take some time to reflect and set goals for 2026. I wanted to encourage you to consider the following in your reflection and goal setting time:
- Clearly identify your values and how they align with your goals.
- Set clear goals with timelines.
- Consider adding a health and fitness component to your goals.
- Consider planning out your learning plan for 2026 and how your plan will support your career goals.
