As part of workplace mediation related to human rights violations, helping to resolve disputes where employees have been harmed is an important opportunity and may be the setting for restorative processes.
Recent attention to human rights disputes in the military and health care settings as well as other institutional work environments continue to be discussed. While things continue to evolve, there are still gender dominated workplaces where issues have arisen that are unique to these settings.
