The Dynamic Space of Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration: A Fusion of Consensus, Conflict & Time

Multi-stakeholder groups sit at the nexus of diverging interests, making them complex arenas for mediators, facilitators, and organizational leaders. Drawing from real-world examples across community, corporate, and cross-sector collaborations, this session examines balancing conflict, consensus, and time constraints. We’ll explore how a deeper understanding of stakeholder motivations, a shared purpose, and constructive conflict can spark innovation. Attendees will gain strategies to foster engagement, anticipate challenges, and build equitable decision-making processes. View flyer for more details.

This online session is part of ‘ADRIO’s 2025 Aspiring ADR Practitioners Week,’ a full week of initiatives designed for emerging ADR professionals, new practitioners, recent graduates and students.
