Introduction to Med-Arb for Mediators and Arbitrators (Service Expansion Workshop)

Med-Arb is increasingly recognized as a flexible and efficient dispute resolution process that combines the strengths of mediation and arbitration. This interactive program introduces both mediators and arbitrators to the practical realities of med-arb, highlighting how each discipline’s skills can be leveraged to create fair, timely, and binding outcomes.

This program is designed for neutrals who want to broaden their skill sets, strengthen their judgment, and respond to the growing demand for hybrid dispute resolution processes. By the end of the workshop, participants will understand how med-arb can offer parties both the opportunity for consensus and the certainty of a binding decision.
