This newly upgraded ethics workshop begins with a strong foundation in the ethics, frameworks, and codes that guide ADR. From there, we lean into the complexity, exploring real-world case studies and engaging exercises that invite us to reflect on how power dynamics and cultural nuances shape the ethical choices we make. Participants will be challenged to stay curious and grounded as we navigate the human side of conflict and resolution.
Successful completion of this live workshop satisfies the ethics course requirement for ADRIO membership. Those who complete the workshop will also be given the opportunity to do an assessment to earn an ‘ethical decision maker in ADR’ micro-credential from the Institute.
